Products & Sizing
What products are offered?
We offer many different products and styles including some of the best brands like Bella+Canvas, Champion, and Next Level. Each product is tested to ensure the best possible decoration method.
Where can I find sizing information?
You can find the sizing information below every product in the Design Center.
We also created a great video to help you with your sizing needs as well.
To get the best fit, we recommend finding an item you own and love, laying it flat, and measuring it in inches. Then, compare its size to the size chart of our product. If you still have any questions about sizing for a specific product, don't hesitate to ask one of our design guides.
Can I order sizes not available on the site?
If you do not see the size you are looking for, that product is most likely not offered in that size. But you can always contact us and we'll see what we can do to help you find the right size!
How do I wash my item?
Please follow the washing instructions on the hang tag attached to your product(s). Most items we recommend washing inside out on cold/tumble dry. Items under the accessory category will have care instructions under the product details.
You may notice your item has an eco-friendly pre-treatment applied before printing to keep your design vibrant and long-lasting. Simply wash the item, and it will be ready to wear!
Design Help
What types of images can I upload?
Formats we accept: JPEG, JPG, and PNG.
For the best printing quality, upload the largest image size you have. We recommend images of at least 1000 pixels in height and width.
How long will items stay in my shopping cart?
Designs will remain in your shopping cart for 7 days, as long as you are signed into your account. We'll send you a reminder before they are removed. For later purchases, save the design to your account.
How do I save my design?
Click the "Save" button in the Design Center. You must be signed in.
How do I find my saved designs?
Sign in, click "My Account," then click "My Designs."
Can the white background be removed from my design?
Our Art department will automatically remove any white backgrounds from uploaded images after the order is placed unless specified otherwise. We do not provide mockups.
Printing
How do you print my items?
We use these methods:

Printing: Direct-to-garment printing with full color, no minimums, no setup fees.

Direct-to-Film: Brilliant, full-color prints with soft feel. Works on many fabrics.

Sublimation: Used for mugs, shot glasses, and some garments. Produces vibrant colors but no white ink.
Will items print like they look on screen?
Designs are proportionally rendered. If the design looks good in the Design Center, that is how it will print. Add specific measurements in Special Instructions if needed.
What are the best print locations?
Use the guides in the Design Center for full chest, left chest, and other positions. Our art department may adjust slightly for centering. Special requests should be added to Special Instructions at checkout.
Ordering
How can I track the status of my order?

If you have an account: Sign in > My Account > My Orders.

Is your website secure?
Yes, 100% secure. No credit card numbers are stored.
Do you offer group or bulk discounts?
Yes, discounts apply automatically when adding 6+ applicable items to your cart.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes, for many U.S. states. Also GST applies for Australia orders under $1000.
How do I apply a promo code?
Enter the promo code on the shopping cart page. Only one discount per order.
What is a production fee?
Charged if an order is canceled or changed after printing. 50% of item cost.
Can I make changes to my order?
Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
Do you have order minimums?
No, you can order 1 item or 100+.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, and gift cards.
Shipping
What are the timeframes for US orders?
Economy: 12 business days
Quick: 9 business days
Expedited: 6 business days
Express: 4 business days (limited items)
Hawaii/Alaska Economy: 18 business days
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, to select countries including Canada, Australia, Germany, Puerto Rico, Spain, UK, Virgin Islands, and Bahamas.
What is an Out of Area surcharge?
Extra charge by FedEx for remote delivery locations.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
No, APO/DPO/FPO addresses not supported.
What if my country is not listed at checkout?
We can only ship to the listed countries.
How do carrier delays affect my order?
Delays may occur due to high volumes and supply chain issues. Order early for time-sensitive events.
Returns or Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Contact us within 15 days if the product is defective or incorrect. Returns not accepted for design errors, sizing choices, or spelling mistakes.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds issued to original payment or merchandise credit. Allow 7–10 business days for processing.
